An enlightening online session on “ 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭-𝐔𝐩” 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐃𝐫. 𝐀𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐒𝐨𝐭𝐢, 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫, 𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐝, for the students of B. Tech, BCA, B. Sc., and MCA.
Under the esteemed guidance of 𝐌𝐫. 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐥 𝐉𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐥- 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐏𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐚 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚- 𝐂𝐄𝐎, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐒.𝐏. 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐲- 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫, the IIC activity was conducted successfully with great enthusiasm and active participation by the 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬.
During the session, Dr. Soti emphasized the essential elements of a successful start-up journey. He introduced the concepts of 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐬𝐢𝐱-𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬, 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦-𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠. His focus remained on guiding students through the complete transformation of an idea- from its inception to its realization as a viable start-up.
