Enthusiastic 𝐁.𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 students had the incredible opportunity to visit 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐯𝐭 𝐋𝐭𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐡𝐢𝐰𝐚𝐝𝐢, 𝐑𝐚𝐣𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧.
The visit offered 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 into the 𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲, allowing students to witness the 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝. From understanding 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 to engaging with 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬, the experience broadened up their 𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬.
