At Vishveshwarya Group of Institutions, regular industrial visits are a vital part of the curriculum. It bridges the gap between classroom teaching and the corporate world and provides hands-on knowledge of organizational structures and modes of operation in different industries. VGI conducted an industrial visit at HAIER India for the polytechnic students. The purpose of an industrial visit is to provide students with insight into how companies work inside. Polytechnic students used these two days to gain hands-on experience with the real-world operation of a running plant. The real learning experience for the students was the technology used in the factory for production purposes. Students' curiosity in manufacturing processes was sated by visiting the running assembly lines for refrigerators and air conditioners.
