I strongly feel that education is a blend of academic excellence and creativity. The motto of the Employability program at VGI is three Es- Engage, Empower and Employ. For this motto to fulfil we encourage and empower our students to grow as a strong, reflective and humble individuals with discerning minds, professionally well equipped to face corporate challenges with ease and confidence and prepared to make a mark in all spheres of life.

Effective teaching is about involving students not only in their learning journey, it is also about talking to them about their well-being, encouraging them and helping them to develop their skills simultaneously. Value oriented process is crucial for a student ’s all round developments. Apart from professional and technical versatility, social and emotional intelligence of a student plays a very significant role in their healthy growth. Internship, case based studies and practical workshop, Digital dexterity, Verbal & written proficiency of English, enhancing cognitive, interpersonal skills, domain certification from top industries/Govt. allied agencies etc, are key areas of teaching in Employability program at VGI.
