A very simple and realistic statement quoted centuries before still have its relevance right from the academic to professional world. Communication is that trait which justifies the humans’ description of themselves as the social animal. But communication is not the mere impartment of the thoughts rather a customized way to expressing what is needed to be quoted at the right time and at right place. Most of the talents face dejection simply because they fail to put up what is exactly needed as the answer of that questions, later the youngsters keep struggling with their devoted work style yet being out tracked from the main stream of growth. There’s only one basic reason of all these and that is the lack of communication. The general trivia about communication is only confined within the periphery of speaking English, while it has a multifaceted angles which includes the usages of wide variant of English grammar, functional English, communicative English and professional English. The HDP and communicative class planned under the EMPLOYABILITY PROGRAM has been empowered with all those ingredients which will enable the student to present himself, his concept, innovations, learning in accordance to the stream he is earning the expertise.
